产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性动态观察

目的动态观察并分析解放军第174医院2006年10月—2009年9月3年间产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率及耐药性变化,为临床准确合理地进行治疗提供依据。方法采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会或研究所(NCCLS/CLSI)推荐的纸片扩散确证法检测ESBLs,纸片扩散法做药敏试验,WHONET5.3分析软件对药敏试验进行统计,并对产和非产ESBLs菌株的药敏试验数据进行对比分析。结果369株肺炎克雷伯菌中ESBLs阳性共211株,占57.2%,且3年来阳性率逐年显著性增高。产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs菌株,且具有多重耐药性。结论该院肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs率逐年升高,治疗时应考虑首选亚胺培南。

Dynamic Observation on Antibiotic Resistance of ESBLs-producing Klebsiella
