| 摘 要： | 神经生长因子及其受体(TrKA受体、p75NTR受体)在神经系统中起着重要的作用。在脑缺血性疾病中,神经生长因子通过促进干细胞分化为神经、细胞抗凋亡维持神经细胞存活和增殖、促进损伤区域血管的生成等方面治疗脑损伤。已经成为神经系统疾病的研究热点。

| Abstract: | Nerve growth factors and their acceptors(TrKA acceptor p75NTR acceptor) are very important in nervous system.Nerve growth factor can treat brain injury in cerebral ischemic diseases by promoting differentiation of stem cells into nerve cells,maintaining the survival and proliferation of nervous cells by anti-apoptosis,improving the angiogenesis in damaged areas and so on.Nerve growth factor has become the study focus of nervous system diseases. |
