| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢移位术在早期宫颈癌根治术中应用的临床意义。方法对我院收治的32例年轻宫颈癌患者施行根治术同时行卵巢移位术,术后均接受盆腔放疗,该点距离盆腔放射照野边缘有5.0cm的安全距离。结果随访观察无性激素水平下降而导致的各种症状出现。结论卵巢移位术对保留年轻宫颈癌患者放疗后的卵巢功能有一定的临床应用价值,有效地提高了宫颈癌患者术后的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussing the clinical significance of ovarian transposition in the radical hysterectomy of early-staged cervical cancer.Methods Ovarian transposition was carried out during the radical hysterectomy in 32 young patients ill with cervical cancer,all the patients received radiotherapy after operation,which is 5 cm away from the edge of regular radiation field for the sake of safety.Results We found no symptoms caused by the decreased sex hormone level after follow-up.Conclusion Ovarian transposition is of importance to keep the function of ovary of the young patients treated with radiotherapy. |
