| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术中大出血的抢救措施及护理经验。方法对2009年1月～2010年1月间在我院接受剖宫产并发大出血的患者20例进行回顾性分析,总结抢救及护理经验。结果认为术前访视、心理护理、术前准备、病情观察、医护的配合、静脉通道的管理等护理措施是防治剖宫产大出血及提高抢救成功率的关键因素。本组经过全面抢救及系统护理,2例孕妇行子宫次全切除术,无死亡病例;20例病人术后均恢复良好,无后遗症。结论系统全面的护理措施是预防及抢救剖宫产术中大出血的有效保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rescue measure and nursing experience about cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea. Methods The 20 cases with cesarean section combined with hemorrhoca in our hospital from January in 2009 to January in 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, and the rescue measure and nursing experience about cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea. Results The preoperative interview, mental nursing, preoperotive preparation,observatlon of pathogenctic condition, combination of doctor to nursing and appropriate management of veins path are the key point factor of preventing and curing the cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea. By the system rescue and nursing,there were 2 case received the subtotal hysterectomy and no case with death. The 20 cases were with recovery and without sequelae. Conclusion The system nursing intervention is the effective safeguard of preventing and curing the cesarean section combined with hemorrhoea. |
