| Abstract: | We evaluated diastolic function in patients who underwent elective revascularization by standard on-pump coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery versus off-pump CABG. Diastolic function improved in both groups, but indexes of early diastolic filling and myocardial relaxation improved more in patients who underwent on-pump than off-pump CABG. |
