| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一体化后装治疗系统在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析198例接受一体化后装治疗和198例接受常规后装治疗患者的病情记录和相关临床护理资料。结果：一体化后装治疗和传统源后装治疗相比较患者的消化系统、血液系统、泌尿系统的急慢性毒副反应均明显减小,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：护士要熟知宫颈癌的基本知识,掌握后装治疗的配合,治疗前加强患者的心理护理及各种准备,治疗后给予及时细心的护理是确保后装治疗顺利进行的保障,可减轻后装治疗并发症的发生。
