| 摘 要： | 结肠瘘是重症急性胰腺炎（ＳＡＰ）的严重并发症，其死亡率高，我院从１９８５年至１９９７年共手术治疗ＳＰＡ１２６例，发生胃肠瘘２９例，其中结肠瘘２５例，占胃肠瘘的８６．２％，作者认为，ＳＡＰ结肠瘘的正确处理对降低ＳＡＰ死亡率很重要，结肠瘘的术中和术后的处理应根据具体情况而定。

| Abstract: | Colonic fistulas is a serious complication of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). They are often accompanied by highlevel of motality rate. 126 cases of SAP were operated on from 1985 to 1997,of which 29 cases were accompanied with gastrointestinal fistulas. In all of the gastrointestinal fistulas, 25 cases accompanied with colonic fisturas (86. 2% ). The authors concludethat the management of colonic fistulas of SAP is very important for decreasing the motality rate of SAP. The treatment of colonicfistulas in operation and post-operation varies according to the actual situation. |
