视觉虚拟现实训练软件治疗172例5~8岁弱视儿童的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:初步分析视觉虚拟现实训练软件对5~8岁弱视儿童的治疗效果。方法:收集我院2005-02/2007-02接受"增视能"训练的5~8岁弱视患儿172例248眼,男97例,女75例。按弱视病因、程度和注视性质分别分组进行统计分析。使用"增视能"训练软件的视觉刺激和视觉精细部分进行训练,时间为6mo。结果:总体治愈率68.1%,好转率23.8%,无效率8.1%。按不同弱视类型分组各组间治疗效果比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。屈光不正性、屈光参差性、斜视性弱视治疗总有效率分别为96.7%,87.7%,77.4%;轻度、中度、重度弱视治疗总有效率分别为98.2%,86.2%,61.9%;中心注视和旁中心注视性质总有效率分别为94.0%,60.0%。结论:"增视能"训练软件对各种类型的弱视均有较好的治疗效果,对屈光不正性弱视及轻度弱视的治疗效果优于其他类型,训练模式趣味性强易于被患儿接受。

Abstract:AIM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the software appliation for visual virtual reality on treatment of 5-8 years old amblyopia children.·METHODS: One hundred and seventy-two amblyopia children(248 eyes) were treated with the software.Following observations were performed:the relation between its efficacy and some factors,such as type of amblyopia,degree of amblyopia and type of fixation .·RESULTS: After 6 months of the treatment,68.1% of eyes were cured;23.8% of eyes were improved;8.1% of eyes were no improvement.The effective rates of ametropic,anisometropia and strabismus amblyopia were 96.7%,87.7%,77.4%;The effective rates of mild,medium,severe amblyopia were 98.2%,86.2%,61.9%;The effective rates of centric and eccentric fixation were 94.0% and 60.0%.The cure rates of ametropic amblyopia,mild amblyopia and the centric amblyopia were higher than others.Analysis of statistics showed significant different(P<0.05). ·CONCLUSION: The software for visual virtual reality is a new effectual remedy for amblyopia.
