| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补肾升白液对化疗荷瘤小鼠免疫的影响。方法：测定补肾升白液对接种肿瘤并进行化疗小鼠的T细胞亚群变化、溶血素含量及胸腺和脾脏指数。结果：补肾升白液对提高化疗荷瘤小鼠胸腺、腺脏指数，提高溶血素含量及提高辅助性T细胞、降低抑制性T细胞。结论：补肾程式白液有提高机体免疫功能，抵御化疗所引起的免疫功能下降的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:This study is to explore the effects of BSSBY on the functionof immune tumor bearing mice after chemotherapy. Methods: Formation of serum hemolysin, thymus index, spleen index, changes of T cell subsets were determined in tumor bearing mice after treated with Cyclophosphamide and BSSBY. Results: The results were displayed by increasing in thymus and spleen index, enhancing the hemolysin concentration in the peripheral blood and regulating peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. Conclusion: BSSBY can obviously regulate the immunosupression on tumor bearing mice after chemotherapy. |
