实性颅咽管瘤的CT和MRI诊断

目的:分析实性颅咽管瘤的CT与MRI影像学特征,提高诊断准确率。材料与方法:回顾性分析9例经手术与病理证实的实性颅咽管瘤的CT与MRI影像学表现,其中2例CT检查,3例MRI检查,4例同时做CT和MRI。结果:肿瘤累及鞍上6例、鞍内1例、鞍上鞍内联合受累2例;CT显示肿瘤钙化较佳,MR可三维成像,能准确显示肿瘤的位置及邻近情况。结论:CT与MRI相辅相成,为实性颅咽管瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要的信息,结合病人临床资料可进一步提高诊断准确率。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Solid Craniopharyngioma

Purpose:To study CT and MRI manifestations of solid craniopharyngioma,to improve accuracy of diagnosis.Materials and Methods:The CT and MRI features of surgery and pathology proved solid craniopharyngioma in 9 patients were reviewed retrospectively.Among of them,2 cases were performed with CT,3 cases with MRI and 4 cases with both CT and MRI.Results:The tumor invaded suprasellar 6 cases intrasellal 1 cases and both of the suprasellar and intrasellar 2 cases,CT is better in finding tumor calcification.MRI is more useful in showing the tumor location and other appearance nearby.Conclusion:CT and MRI supplemented each other show important value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of solid craniopharyngioma,and could improve the accuracy of diagnosis combined with clinical manifestation.
