鲨鱼软骨提取物对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长的抑制效应

摘    要:目的:探讨含有血管生成抑制因子,肿瘤细胞抑制因子和酸性粘多糖的鲨鱼软骨提取物对小鼠接种肿瘤生长的抑制效应。方法:用东海鲸鲨软骨制备得到鲨鱼软骨提取物。采用C57BL/6小鼠,小鼠Lewis肺癌腋皮下接种模型,接种第2天腹腔注射给药,连续给药8d,观察抑瘤率;小鼠Lewis肺癌足趾皮下接种模型,接种第2天腹腔注射给药,连续给药10d,观察抑瘤率。结果:腋下接种模型,高剂量组125mg/kg的抑瘤率为46.61%,中剂量组50mg/kg的抑菌率为37.56%,低剂量组20mg/kg的抑瘤率为26.24%,足趾皮下接种模型,超高剂量组250mg/kg抑瘤率为57.68%,高剂量组125mg/kg为54.44%,中剂量组50mg/kg为42.64%,低剂量组20mg/kg为33.87%。结论:鲨鱼软骨提取物具有明显抑瘤作用。

Abstract:Objective To probe the effect of shark cartilage extract on the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice.Methods C 57BL/6 mice were implanted with Lewis lung carcinoma by toe or axilla subcutaneous injection.From the second day,the mice were treated daily with intraperitoneal injections of shark cartilage extract.The mice were sacrificed and autopsied at the 8th or 10th day.The inhibitory rate of tumor growth was determined by ordinary method.Results The growth of Lewis lung carcinoma was inhibited significantly by the shark cartilage extract.In the axilla model,the inhibitory rates of tumor growth were 46.61%,37.56% and 26.24% at the dose of 125 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg respectively.In the foot model,the inhibitory rates of tumor growth were 57.68%,54.44%,42.64% and 33.87% at the dose of 250 mg/kg,125 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg respectively.Conclusions The shark cartilage extract has strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice.
