| 摘 要： | 目的 测定增生性瘢痕组织中Ｐ物质含量是否高于非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤。方法 用放射免疫法分别对增生性瘢痕、非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织中Ｐ物质含量做定量分析研究。结果 增生性瘢痕组织中Ｐ物质含量显著高于非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 Ｐ物质在增生性瘢痕的发病过程中可能起重要作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To measure the content of substance P in human hypertrophic scar. METHOD: The method of radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of substance P in human hypertrophic scar, non-hypertrophic scar and normal skin. RESULT: The content of substance P in hypertrophic scar was significantly higher than that in non-hypertrophic scar and normal skin (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Substance P may play an important role in the process of hypertrophic scar development. |
