| 摘 要： | 目的建立痰热清注射液细菌内毒素检查方法。方法按照《中国药典》2005年版附录＂细菌内毒素检查方法＂进行实验。结果与结论痰热清注射液稀释至60倍后,对鲎试剂反应无干扰作用。细菌内毒素检测方法可用于痰热清注射液的热原检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for Tanreqing Injection. Methods Test was carried out according to the guideline and procedure specified in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005. Results and Conclusions The injection did not interfere with limulus agent in 60 diluted concentration. Bacterial endotoxin test could be used for Tanreqing Injection. |
