| 摘 要： | 为探讨氯氮平治疗精神分裂症在民族之间有无差异，本文对朝鲜族组47名和汉族组46名共93例精神分裂症病人进行了前瞻性研究。经临床疗效和BPRS评定，总有效率（显效和有效）朝鲜族组95．74％，汉族组95．65％．系统观念上的朝、汉族之间药物副作用也无统计学差异．提示氯氮平治疗精神分裂症在民族之间无差异，在朝鲜族和汉族中可以广泛应用。

| Abstract: | A prospective study was given to 93 schizophrenics inc1uding 47 of the Chaoxian nationality and 46 of the Han nationality on their treatment of schizophrenia with clozapine. The eva1uation of clinica1 curative effects and BPRS showed that the total effective r2te (including effective rate and effeptual rate ) in the Cha0xian nationality was 95. 74N. in the Han nati0naIity was 95. 65%.There a1so had no statistic difference in the side effects of the two nationalities. It suggests there is no difference in the treatment of schizophrenia with clozapine in different nationalities. |
