幼儿MEFV和PEFV的测定及临床应用

摘    要:作者应用最大呼气流量-容积曲线(MEFV)和部分呼气流量-容积曲线(PEFV)对333名3~6岁健康幼儿和15例支气管肺炎病儿(以下简称病儿)的10项肺通气功能进行测定,建立了健康幼儿各项指标的多元回归方程。结果:病儿各指标的实测值明显低于从健康幼儿回归方程推算出的预计值,其中V_T、V_(maxFRC)、v_(maxFRC)/FVC最为明显。表明PEFV是检测幼儿肺通气功能的一种敏感而又简便的方法。

Abstract:Previous studies of children's ventila-tory functions revealed that a history ofpediatric respiratory illness could cause anadult airway to be highly susceptible to theadverse effects of a variety of bronchialstimulants and infectious agents and easyto develop obstructive airway the inadult life. Ten indexes of ventilatory func-tion were measured with MEFV and PEFVcurves in 333 normal young children agedbetween 3 and 6, and 15 sick children ofbronchopneumonitis in the same age range.Multiple regression equations of differentindexes of normal children were set up. Themeasured values of various indexes of thesick children were much lower than thecorrespondent predicted values calculatedfrom multiple regression equations.especially V_T, V_(maxFRC) and V_(maxFRC)/FRC(P<0.05). The results suggest that themeasurement of PEFV is a convenient andsensitive method to test children's ventila-tory function.
