| 摘 要： | 目的研究ESM-1和VEGF在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组化S-P法对例41例非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织和10例正常淋巴结中ESM-1和VEGF的表达情况进行检测.结果在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中ESM-1和VEGF的表达率分别为82.9%和65.9%,两者的表达呈正相关.结论ESM-1和VEGF可能在淋巴瘤的发生发展过程中起一定的作用,可作为潜在的预后指标.

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the expression and clinical significance of Endothelial Cell Specific Moelecule-1(ESM-1) and Vascular endothelial growthfactor(VEGF) in non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry detection (S-P method) were carried out to detect the expression of ESM-1 and VEGF in 41 cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 10 cases normal lymph node. Results The expression rate of ESM-1 and VEGF is 82.9%,65.9% respectively.The expression between ESM-1 and VEGF was direct correlation. Conclusions ESM-1 and VEGF might be involved in the occurance and development of lymphoma,and might be a feature of prognosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. |
