| 摘 要： | 目的总结肝切除技术的手术适应证和某些手术技巧.方法结合文献对68例肝切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果恶性肿瘤肝切除56例,良性肿瘤肝切除12例,手术死亡率2.9%,手术后并发症发生率4.4%,主要死亡原因为术后出血和肝功能衰竭.结论术前肝储备功能的评估、手术方式的选择和熟练的外科技术是保证肝切除手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up some operation indications and techniques of the liver excision. Methods:Give some analysis of some clinical meterial of 68 liver excision. Results:Among 56 malignant tumor Liver excisions,and 12 benign tumor Liver excisions,the death rate of the Liver excision is 2.9% and the rate of complication after excision is 4.4%.The main reasons which lead to death are hemorhage after the operations and exhaustion of liver function. Conclusion:The keys which bring us success of Liver excision are the exact estimation of the store function of the liver, the proper selection of operation ways and the proficient surgical skills. |
