摘    要:目的评价湖沼地区实施以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治策略的效果。方法收集整理并分析2004-2008年公安县、江陵县开展人畜查治病、健康教育、无害化厕所建设、以机代牛、洲滩禁牧和安全用水等策略的年报资料。结果与2004年策略实施初期相比,2008年公安县人群和耕牛血吸虫感染率分别下降了74.43%和74.18%,感染性钉螺密度下降了99.42%;江陵县人群和耕牛感染率分别下降了73.29%和63.60%,感染性钉螺密度下降了75.78%。2县连续3年均未发生突发疫情,散发急性血吸虫病病例均降为0。结论以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病防治策略可有效控制湖沼地区血吸虫病疫情。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive control strategy with emphasis on infection source control in marshland and lake regions.Methods The annual report data of comprehensive schistosomiasis control in Gong'an and Jiangling counties from 2004-2008 were collected and analyzed.Results Compared with 2004,in 2008 the schistosome infection rates of population and cattle in Gong'an county decreased by 74.43% and 74.18%,respectively,and the density of infected snails reduced by 99.42%.While the infection rates in Jiangling county decreased by 73.29% and 63.60%,respectively,the density of infected snails reduced by 75.78%.In the past 3 years,there were no epidemic outbreak and acute schistosome infection in the two counties.Conclusions The comprehensive control strategy with emphasis on infection source control can control the epidemic situation in marshland and lake regions effectively.
