摘    要:目的观察不同温度下中华按蚊的发育与繁殖情况,为疟疾的流行病学及适时灭蚊提供科学依据。方法在温度为16、19、22、25、28、31℃的条件下,观察实验室饲养中华按蚊的卵期、幼虫、蛹期和生殖营养周期,计算不同温度下的全代发育时间。结果中华按蚊在16℃时不能完成全发育周期,在温度为19、22、25、28、31℃时,全代发育时间分别为30.7、23.3、15.5、13.5d和12.5d。结论在温度范围为16~31℃时,中华按蚊的发育期随温度升高而缩短。

Abstract:Objective To observe the development and breeding of Anopheles sinensis under different temperatures so as to provide the scientific evidence for malaria epidemiology research and vector control strategy.Methods The A.sinensis were maintained under different temperatures of 16,19,22,25,28 ℃ and 31 ℃ in cultivator,and the development of egg stage,larva,pupal stage and reproductive,and vegetative cycle were observed.Then the time of entire developmental cycle of A.sinensis in different temperatures was calculated.Results A.sinensis could not complete its entire life cycle under the temperature of 16 ℃,and it took 30.7,23.3,15.5,13.5 d and 12.5 d to finish its life cycle at the temperatures of 19,22,25,28 ℃ and 31 ℃,respectively.Conclusion In the temperature range from 16 to 31 ℃,the developing time of A.sinensis will be shortened when the temperature goes up.
