螺旋CT三期增强扫描对小肝癌的诊断价值

目的探讨螺旋CT三期动态增强扫描小肝癌的影像学特点。方法选择24．例经病理证实的小肝癌患者临床及影像学资料，重新阅片，分析其影像学特征。结果24例患者共检出24个病灶，均为单发病灶，平扫期多为低密度灶，动态增强扫描呈现均匀或不均匀强化，动脉期及门脉期强化多见。结论小肝癌螺旋CT三期动脉增强扫描具有特征性的影像学特点，能够为小肝癌定性诊断提供依据。

Diagnostic Value of Three Stage Enhancement Scanning with Spiral CT for Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the characteristics of imaging of enhancement scanning at three stage with spiral CT for small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Image data of 24 patients who dignosed by pathology were selected and characteristics of film imaging were analyzed. Results There were 24 focuses in 24 cases of patients, all focuses were solitary, imaging at plain scan stage were low-density, focuses were reinforced uniformly or noniformly in enhancement scanning, mostly reinforcement was portal vein phase and arterial phase. Conclusion Enhancement scanning at three stage with spiral CT possesses distinctive image characteristics of small hepatocellular carcinoma, which is valuable for qualitative diagnosis.
