甲状腺机能亢进症患者150例心电图分析

目的分析甲状腺机能亢进患者的心电图表现，并与正常人心电图作对比。方法选择我院2008年4月-2010年12月150例甲亢性心脏病患者为观察组，另选择我院健康体检者150例作为对照组。比较两组受检者的心电图变化情况。结果观察组心电图异常率为87．33％，对照组异常率为21．33％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者心电图变化情况中，以窦性心动过速、ST—T段改变、心房颤动、左心室高压为主。与对照组相比，窦性心动过速、ST-T段改变、心房颤动、左心室高压的构成比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论甲状腺机能亢进患者的心电图异常率较高，临床医生应熟练掌握甲亢患者的心电图特点，及时治疗基础疾病，争取在疾病可逆阶段早期治疗基础疾病。

Analysis of Electrocardiographic Changes in 150 Patients with Hyperthyroidism

Objective To analyse the relationship between hyperthyroidism and electrocardiographic abnormality and compare with the normal electrocardiogram. Methods To analyze ECG changes in 150 patients with hyperthyroidism as observation group and 150 healthy people as control group. Results 131 cases with hyperthyroidism had abnormal ECG. The incidence of observation group with hyperthyroidism was higher than control group （ 87.33% vs 21.33%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The most frequent abnormality was sinus tachyear- dia, ST-T abnormal changes, Atrial Fibrillation and left ventricnlar pressure, there were significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The incidence of abnormal ECG in patients with hyperthyroidism was high. Clinicians should be familiar with hyperthyroidism patients with electrocardiographic characteristics and treatment of underlying diseases in a timely manner.
