摘    要:选择宣城市2个自然环境和流行程度接近的血吸虫病流行村分别作为试点村和对照村,前者实施以机代牛、改水改厕、人群查治、查灭螺、健康教育,后者实施除以机代牛以外的其他防治措施。结果表明2005—2007年,试点村钉螺感染率由0.0630%下降至0,对照村则0上升到0.0002%;试点村人群感染率下降了71.10%,对照村下降了74.20%。提示以机代牛措施能有效降低人群血吸虫感染率和钉螺感染率。

Abstract:Two villages including a pilot village and a control village in Xuaneheng City were selected.An integrated measure including replacing bovine with tractors for farming,renovating of latrines and water supply,egarRination and treatment of schistosomiasis in humans,snail survey and control,health education wag implemented in the pilot village,while the sarIIe integrated measure except replacing bovine with tractors was implemented in the control village.From 2005 to 2007.the infection rate of snails in the pilot Villge reduced from 0.0630% to 0.but that increased from 0 to 0.000 2% in the control village.Theinfection rates of schistosome in humans in the pilot and control villages reduced by 71.10% and 74.20%.respectively.It is indicatedthat replacing bovine with tlactors for farming Pan decrease the infection rate of schistosome in humans and snails effectively.
