| 摘 要： | 目的观察匹多莫德联合痰热清注射液治疗手足口病的效果。方法100例手足口病患儿随机分为两组，对照组给予痰热清注射液静滴，治疗组采用匹多莫德口服联合痰热清注射液静滴治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组体征消退的时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组血清IL-2、IFN—γ水平升高显著（P〈0．05）。治疗期间，患儿未发生严重不良反应。结论匹多莫德联合痰热清注射液治疗手足口病具有协同作用，疗效显著，安全可靠。

The Effect of Pidotimod Joint Tanreqing Injection on HFMD |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of pidotimod joint Tanreqing injection on HFMD. Methods One hundred cases of HFMD children were randomly divided into two groups： control group was treated with Tanreqing injection and treatment group was treated with pidotimod joint Tanreqing injection. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group, and the time of signs of regression of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum IL-2, IFN- γ levels of the treatment group increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pidotimod and Tanreqing injection have synergistic effect on HFMD, and the treatment effect is significant, safe and reliable. |
