摘    要:目的探讨自我管理教育对冠心病支架植入术后患者遵医行为的影响。方法对植入支架的84例冠心病患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组进行常规健康教育外,并进行系统的自我管理教育。半年后通过调查表比较两组冠心病患者遵医行为情况和未遵医行为的原因。结果观察组遵医行为情况明显优于对照组。结论进行自我管理教育有利于提高冠心病支架植入术后患者的遵医行为及病情的控制,具有良好的社会效益。

The Effect of Self-management Education on Compliance Behavior of Patients with CHD after Coronary Artery Stent Implantation

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of self-management education to compliance behavior on patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods All 84 cases of CHD underwent coronary artery stent implantation were devided by order of admission into the control group 42 cases and observation group 42 cases. General health education in control group, besides routine health education, make the system self-management education on observation group. After six months, two groups were compared through a questionnaire compliance and non-enforcement compliance behavior reasons. Results The compliance behavior of the observation group was clearly superior to the controls. Conclusion The self-management education, will help improve coronary stent implantation in patients with compliance behavior is conducive to disease control, good social benefits.
