抗菌肽的抗肿瘤研究进展

摘    要:抗菌肽(AMPs)是具有抗菌活性的一类多肽,广泛存在于生物界。抗菌肽对肿瘤细胞有广谱杀伤作用,却对正常的哺乳动物细胞没有毒性作用。本文概述抗菌肽杀伤肿瘤细胞的多种作用机制,并探讨了将其开发为新型抗肿瘤药物的可行性。

Abstract:Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs), which have been separated from a great number of organisms, are novel antibacterial agents. Many studies have demonstrated that, some AMPs exhibit a broad spectrum of cytotoxic activity against tumor cells, but not to normal mammal cells. This review focuses on recent studies about anticancer mechanism of AMPs, and the application prospect of AMPs as anticancer drugs.
