杭州余杭医院2003-2007年非甾体抗炎药使用情况分析

目的 了解我院非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的结构和使用情况.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法对我院2003-2007年NSAIDs的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行分析和评价.结果 5年中我院NSAIDs的品种数基本稳定.其中含对乙酰氨基酚的抗上呼吸道感染复方制剂酚麻美敏片(泰诺)的销售金额及使用频度最大,排名始终在第一、二位;小剂量阿司匹林(拜阿司匹灵,100 mg/片)的销售金额的排名从2004年的第六位上升至2007年的第二位,用药频度始终排在第一位;复方氨基比林针、去痛片的销售金额靠后,且排序逐年下降.选择性环氧酶2(COX-2)抑制剂如塞来昔布胶囊、美洛昔康分散片、尼美舒利分散片及溶液剂类NSAIDs如布洛芬混悬滴剂、布洛芬混悬液、对乙酰氨基酚口服液的DDDc较高,排在前10位.结论 我院NSAIDs的使用基本合理;NSAIDs的临床应用仍以传统NSAIDs为主;对现有NSAIDs应加强不良反应监测.

Analysis on the Use of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in One Hospital in Hongzhou City From 2003 to 2007

Objective To evaluate the utilization status and the developmental trend of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in our hospital.Methods Consumption of NSAIDs in our hospital from 2003 to 2007 was retrospectively reviewed in terms of value,DDDs and DDDc.Results 5 years in our hospital a few varieties of NSAIDs basically stable.One containing paracetamol compound preparation of anti-cold (Tylenol) sales amount,frequency of use had always been in the first or second place;Low-dose aspirin (100 mg) of the sales rankings from sixth place in 2004,rose to second place in 2007,Use frequency ranking of low-dose aspirin (100 mg) from 2004 to 2007 had always been in the first.Conclusion Clinical application of our hospital is still mainly traditional NSAIDs,but great attention should be paid to the ADR of NSAIDs.
