原发性肝癌的免疫状态与预后的相关性分析

目的 :探讨原发性肝细胞癌 (hepato cellularcarcinoma ,HCC )的细胞免疫学状态及其与预后的相关性。方法 :应用流式细胞仪和ELISA方法测定 3 5例HCC患者和 2 0位正常献血员的CD 3 、CD 4、CD 8、CD 4/CD 8、NK细胞和AFP。结果 :1)HCC患者CD 3 、CD 4、CD 4/CD 8、NK细胞活性明显低于正常人 ,P <0 0 1,CD 8高于正常人 ,P <0 0 5 ;2 ) 3 5例中伴有门静脉癌栓或肝内转移者 10例 ,T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性明显低于不伴有门静脉癌栓者 2 5例 ,P <0 0 5 ;3 )机体的细胞免疫学状态与AFP无明显相关性。结论 :HCC患者的细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态 ,且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭活性有关。

Correlative analysis on the cell immune status in hepatocellular carcinoma and prognosis

OBJECTIVES:To study the cell immune status in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),and to investigate the correlation of this and prognosis.METHODS:T cell subsets (CD 3,CD 4,CD 8),NK and AFP of HCC (35 cases) and control group (20 cases) were determined with flow cytometry and ELISA.RESULTS:1) CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,NK of patients with HCC were much lower than those of control group, P <0 05;2) In 35 cases,there were 10 cases with portal cancer embolus or metastasis in liver,and the T cell subsets and NK were much lower in them than those in other 25 cases without portal cancer embolus, P <0 05;3)In correlative analysis there was no significance between T cell subsets and the level of AFP.CONCLUSIONS:The condition of cellular immunity of the patients with HCC is worse than that of normal persons,and it has the correlation with the invasive activity of tumor cell.
