高压氧加尼莫地平对脑多梗死性痴呆患者血小板选择素CD62p、红细胞内Ca2+、血清Ca2+和红细胞变形指数的影响

摘    要:目的观察高压氧(HBO)加尼莫地平对脑多梗死性痴呆(MID)患者血小板选择素CD62p(platelet-selectin-CD62p,简称CD62p)、红细胞内钙(intraerythrocytic-calcium,简称IECa2+)、血清钙(serum-calcium,简称SCa2+)和红细胞变形指数(deformity-index,简称DI)的影响,并进一步探讨HBO在缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)治疗中的作用及机制.方法采用流式细胞免疫技术,以抗血小板单克隆抗体及钙离子荧光剂为分子探针,用激光衍射红细胞变形仪,对43例MID患者予HBO加尼莫地平治疗(HBO组)和对38例MID患者予常规药物治疗(对照组),均于治疗前后检测CD62p、IECa2+、SCa2+及DI变化,并进行对比分析.结果 HBO组治疗后CD62p、IECa2+含量明显降低,DI明显增加(P<0.01),SCa2+明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组比差异显著(P<0.05).IECa2+随着CD62p含量的降低而降低,两者呈正相关(r=0.351,P<0.05);而SCa2+则随着IECa2+含量的降低而升高,两者呈负相关(r=-0.326,P<0.05).结论 HBO加尼莫地平治疗可使CD62p、IECa2+降低,DI增强,对MID的恢复有益.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) plus nimodipine on platelet selectin CD 62 p, IECa 2+ (intraerythrocytic calcium),SCa 2+ (serum calcium) and DI(red cell deformity index) in multi infarct dementia(MID) patients, and to explore the mechanism of HBO in curing ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD). Methods Using flow cell immune technology, with anti platelet mono clonal antibody and fluorescent Ca 2+ as probe, and the use of erythrocyte deformity laser diffraction device, the changes of CD 62 p,IECa 2+ ,SCa 2+ and DI of 43 MID patients(HBO group) treated with HBO plus nimodipine and 38 MID patients(control group) with routine medical methods were determined and compared before and after their respective treatments. Results As compared with the control group, the CD 62 p and IECa 2+ decreased while the DI and SCa 2+ increased significantly in the HBO group( P <0 05). Besides, the IECa 2+ decreased along with the decrease of CD 62 p( r =0.351, P <0 05), while the SCa 2+ increased along with the decrease of IECa 2+ ( r =-0.326, P <0 05). Conclusions Treatment with HBO plus nimodipine could decrease the concentrations of CD 62 p and IECa 2+ with increase of DI; therefore it is beneficial to MID patients.
