载脂蛋白E基因多态性和脑出血关系的研究

目的:探讨载脂蛋白E基因(ApoE)多态性与脑出血的相关关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究,对313例脑出血患者和351例正常对照组进行研究。采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法测定ApoE基因多态性。结果:脑出血组ApoE基因型频率E3/3、E3/4、E3/2、E2/4、E4/4和E2/2型分别为69.0％、15.00％、11.5％、2.9％、1.0％、0.6％。ApoE各基因型和等位基因频率在脑出血组和对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:研究未发现ApoE基因多态性与脑出血之间存在相关关系

The relationship between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and cerebral hemorrhage

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between the apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene polymorphism and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods; This was a case-control study, which enrolled 313 cases with cerebral hemorrhage and 351 controls without CHD and CVD. Polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism was used to determine ApoE gene polymorphism. Results; The ApoE genotype frequencies in the cerebral hemorrhage group studied was 69. 0% for E3/3, 15.0% for E3/4, 11.5%for E3/2, 2.9%for E2/4, 1.0% for E4/4, and 0. 6% for E2/2. There was no significant difference in ApoE genotype and allele distribution between the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group(P >0. 05). Conclusions-. These results suggested that the ApoE gene polymorphism was not associated with cerebral hemorrhage.
