血清中内皮抑素水平和小细胞肺癌的关系

目的 探讨小细胞肺癌患者化疗前、后血清中内皮抑素的动态变化规律及其与小细胞肺癌（SCLC）患者化疗疗效的关系。方法 用ELISA法检测35例小细胞肺癌患者化疗前、化疗后3d、21d血清中内皮抑素水平和35例健康体检者血清内皮抑素水平。结果 （1）SCLC患者血清中内皮抑素水平均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．001）；（2）临床受益组SCLC患者化疗后3d血清内皮抑素水平显著高于化疗前和化疗结束后（P〈O．001），化疗前血清内皮抑素水平虽然比化疗结束后21d稍高，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。而化疗无效组化疗前、化疗结束后3d、21d三者间血清内皮抑素水平无显著性差异（P〉o．05）。结论 对可疑病例进行血清内皮抑素水平的动态观察有利于小细胞肺癌的早期诊断，SCLC患者血清中内皮抑素水平可作为评估化疗疗效及预后的参考指标。

The Relationship of Serum Levels of Endostatin and the Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate clinical significance of serum endostatin changes in lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy and the relationship with its therapeutic effect of the small cell lung cancer patients. Methods The serum levels of endostatin were detected in 35 cases of lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy on 3th days,21th days and 35 healthy persons as controls by ELISA method. Results （1） The serum levels of endostatin in SCLC patients were significantly higher than those healthy people （P〈0.001）; （2） Serum endostatin levels in effective chemotherapy group on the 3th post-chemotherapy day were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy and on the 21th post-chemotherapy day （P〈0.001）; but there was no significant difference between serum endostatin levels before chemotherapy and those on the 21th post-chemotherapy day（P〉 0.05）; there was not significant difference in ineffective chemotherapy group on the 3th post-chemotherapy day and on the 21th post-chemotherapy day（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Elevation of serum levels of endostatin exists in SCLC patients may be predictors for prognosis.
