AO空心钛螺钉微创治疗股骨颈骨折38例

目的总结C臂X线监控下闭合复位AO空心钛螺钉内固定微创治疗股骨颈骨折(FNF)的疗效。方法38例急性FNF全部在伤后6～8h内采用C臂X线机监控下闭合复位AO空心钛螺钉内固定微创治疗。结果38例均获随访,随访时间6个月～3年,其中37例骨折愈合且无股骨头坏死;Ⅲ型骨折1例股骨头坏死。患者髋关节功能恢复优良率97%。结论闭合复位AO空心钛螺钉微创治疗FNF手术创伤小、方法简便,对GardenⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折治疗效果满意。

Microinvasive treatment for 38 patients with femoral neck fracture with AO cannulated screw

Objective To investigate the microinvasive treatment of the femoral neck fracture(FNF) with AO cannulated screw under C-arm X-ray monitoring. Methods Thirty-eight cases of acute FNF were treated within 6～8 h after injury. Results All of 38 cases were followed-up for 6 months～3 years, 37 cases got bone union without femoral head necrosis, 1 patient with the Ⅲ type experienced femoral head necrosis. Function of the hips were good in 97% of all cases. Conclusion The microinvasive treatment for FNF with AO cannulated screw under C-arm X-ray monitoring is an easy method with microinvasive, and have satisfactory effects for the GardenⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ type fracture.
