应用多糖抗原酶联免疫吸附试验诊断包虫病的研究

摘    要:本文应用包虫囊液多糖抗原对45例包虫病患者血清、77例其它寄生虫病患者血清和106例正常人血清进行ELISA测定,并与囊液热稳定抗原和粗抗原比较。其阳性率多糖抗原为93.33%,热稳定抗原为91.11%,粗抗原为95.55%。正常人血清的假阳性率分别为4.70%、3.77%和7.54%。结果显示3种抗原的敏感性无显著差异,而多糖抗原和热稳定抗原的非特异反应(假阳性率)则有所降低,尤以囊虫病更为明显。

Abstract:Three kinds of antigen preparations (polysaccharide, thermo-stable, and crude antigens) from sheep hydatid cyst fluid were compared for sensitivity and specificity in ELISA for detecting hydatid disease. 45 sera from patients with hydatid disease, 77 sera from other, parasitoses and 106 normal tihuman sera were examined. It was found that to the proved patients, the positive rate of polysaccharide antigen was 93.33%, thermo-stable antigen 91.11% and crude antigen 95.55%, and their false positive rates 4.70%, 3.77%, and 7.54%respectively. The results showed that in sensitivity, there were no significant differences among three antigen preparations, while non-specificity of polysaccharide antigen and thermo-stable antigen was-lower than that of crude antigen in detecting sera df normal individuals and of other parasitoses especially of cysticercosis.
