福州地区婴幼儿隐孢子虫病

1989年3～8月份在福州4所医院收集腹泻患者粪便161人份,用碘染色法、韩氏改良法过筛,发现可疑虫体时,再用改良抗酸法,沙黄-美蓝染色法染色检查,共发现隐孢子虫感染者16例,感染率9.8％(16/120)。1岁以下11例,1岁～2.5岁5例。同时发现2例合并感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫,粪检有大量白细胞,主要症状为腹泻。大蒜素治疗多数疗效满意。

Cryptasporidiosis from Infants in Fuzhou Region

From March to August, 1989 We'collected fecal specimens from 161 patients with diarrhea form four hospitals in Fuzhou. Fecal smears were first stained with iodine and Hou' s modified screening methods. After a positive or doubtful cryp-tosporozoites were found they were examined with the modified acid-fast and Safranin-methylene blue. As a result, 16 cases of infection were found with a positive rate of 9. 8%(16/161). Among the positive cases of infection 16 cases were children with the symptom of diarrhea,the positive rate 13. 3%(16/120),in which 11 cases were under the age of 1 year,5 cases were between 1 and 21/2 years old. At the same time,2 cases were found to be complicated with the infection of Giar-dia lamblia. On the fecal examination Cryptasporidiosis. 2 cases were found to have a great number of leucocytes. The chief symptom those cases was diarrhea. Satisfactory results were obtained by treating many cases with garlicin.
