摘    要:本文观察了混输不同剂量离体照射的骨髓基质祖对细胞受致死剂量照射小鼠造血重建的作用。给果发现,混输离体照射强化基质细胞者在骨髓细胞数、CFU—S含量和幼粒细胞分类等指标上,均较单输注骨髓细胞或未照射基质细胞者明显提高。最佳照射剂量为10Gy。并结合以前本室工作讨论了其作用机理。

Abstract:Remarkable acceleration of hemopoietic reconstitution was observed by cotransplantation of BMC with BMSPC irradiated in vitro in varous doses into mice lethally irradiated. The experimental groups were predominant in the numbers of BMC, CFU-S and neutrophils differentiation over the con-trols, into which only BMC or unirradiated BMSPC were transplanted. The irradiated dose was found to be 10 Gy. The mechanism of the stimulating role of cotransplantation was discussed.
