| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨西酞普兰对老年抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:对120例老年抑郁症病人随机分为西酞普兰组(60例)和阿米替林组(60例)进行治疗研究,采用HAMD,TESS量表分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果:西酞普兰与阿米替林对老年抑郁症的疗效相似,西酞普兰不良反应较阿米替林少而轻。结论:西酞普兰适合对老年抑郁症的治疗,且有较好的耐受性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy and side effeets of citalopram in the treatment of senile depression. Methods:80 patients were randomly assigned to citalopram group(n=40) and amitriptyline group(n=40).The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD,the side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results: The efficacy of citalopram is similar to amitripytline in the treatment of senile depression.However,citalopram had fewer side effects.Conclusions: Citalopram appears to be more effective in treatment of senile depression and has good conpliance. |
