阴阳平衡散对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清细胞因子的影响

目的观察阴阳平衡散对溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者血清IL-6、IL-8的调节作用并探讨其作用机制。方法68例UC患者随机分为A、B两组：A组35例，采用阴阳平衡散灌肠治疗；B组33例，采用柳氮磺胺吡啶肛栓剂治疗。采用双抗体夹心法ELISA法测定两组患者治疗前后和35例健康志愿者血清IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果A组显效率为88，6％（31／35），B组显效率为63．6％（21／33），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但A组血清IL-8和B组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8水平治疗后仍高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论阴阳平衡散灌肠治疗UC有效，能够下调IL-6、IL-8的表达及生成，可能是其治疗UC的作用机制之一。

Influence of Yin Yang Equilibrated Preparation on Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To investigate the regulatory effects of Yin Yang equilibrated preparation on IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and its therapeutic mechanism.Methods 68 patients with UC were divided into group A (35 patients treated with Yin Yang equilibrated preparation) and group B (33 patients treated with salazopyrin suppository). And 35 healthy persons were selected as control group. IL-6 and IL-8 in serum were detected by ELISA in all patients before and after treatment.Results Creative effects in group A was obviously better than in group B,the difference was significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the difference of the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 between group A and control group was insignificant (P>0.05), but the level in group B was higher than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions Yin Yang equilibrated preparation is effective for patients with UC, down regulation of the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 may be one of it's mechanism.
