| 摘 要： | 通过动脉灌注,对56侧儿童和成人尸体的半月板血供进行了研究。成人半月板外1/5为血管区,内4/5为无血管区。半月板的撕裂常发生于无血管区或无血管区与血管区的连接处。半月板的退化和磨损位于无血管区。

| Abstract: | The arterial supply to the menisci of the human knee in 56 specimens,rang-ing in age from 2 and a half to 87,has been studied by the arterial perfusionmethod.The peripheral one fifth of the adult menisci was exuberant in vascularity and its inner four fifths was avascular.The tears of the substance of the meniscuscommonly took place in the avascular zone or at the junction between the vascu-lar and avascular zones.Degeneration and fraying of the menisci occurred in anavascular area. |
