安徽省职业卫生监督统计报告动态分析

目的研究安徽省2004年和2005年职业卫生监督统计报告数据,为卫生监督的管理层宏观决策提供有价值的科学依据。方法汇总县、市卫生机构辖区卫生监督统计报表进行分析。结果职业病新发病的构成比例仍以煤炭行业最高,建设行业职业病构成比例呈上升趋势。职业性眼病化工行业最高。杀虫双农药中毒呈上升趋势,值得关注。和2004年比较,2005年被监督单位职业卫生培训率较高（P〈0.01）;公有经济企业测定点的测定率下降（P〈0.01）,非公有经济测定点测定率和合格率均呈上升趋势（P〈0.01）。2年的三同时项目的选址、设计、卫生防护设备审查构成比率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。职业卫生行政处罚警告户次数率下降,限期治理户次数率升高（P〈0.01）。结论安徽省职业卫生工作存在薄弱环节,应进一步加强职业卫生监督工作。

Analysis of Occupation Health Supervision Report of Anhui Province

Objective To analyze the data of statistic reports of the Occupation Health Supervision In 2004 and 2005 and provide the valuable scientific basis for the decision - making of the management of health supervision. Methods The sanitary institutions of counties and cities collected the statistic report forms on health supervision from their jurisdictions. Then, the provincial sanitary institution examined these data according to the request of National Center for Health Inspection and Supervision. Results 1. rate of the occupational disease in the coal industry was still in high level and the ratio of occupation disease in the building industry had been rising up. 2. the occupational eye disease in the chemical industry still had a considerable proportion in 2004,2005. 3. The pesticides poisoning showed an upward tendency. We should pay more attention to it. 4. The rate of employment and pre - employment training on occupational hygiene in 2005 was higher than in 2004（ U =98.21,18.21, P 〈0.01 ）. The rate of monitor in social public ownership enterprises in 2005 （ 56.20% ） was lower than that in 2004 183.64% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the rate of monitor in private ownership enterprises in 2005 was higher than that in 2004. 5. The rate of the investigation on construction project site selection ,design and hygienic protection equipments had no significance difference between two years （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 6. The units of administrative sanctions had fallen, on the contrary the unit of remedy within a specified time had gone up, and the amount of punishment money had risen by 54.87% in 2005. Conclusions Weak link of the occupational health management was still exising. Thus, we must strengthen and perfect the system of supervision and management on occupational health.
