超激光疼痛治疗仪在胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用

目的　观察胸腰椎压缩性骨折病人应用超激光疼痛治疗仪 (简称 SL)照射的临床治疗效果。方法　对3 2例胸腰椎压缩性骨折病人用 SL 照射骨折部相应的脊神经根和交感神经节为主要治疗方法 ,对照组 2 5例采用常规治疗 :卧床休息 +对症处理。并对临床疗效进行评价。结果　两组病人的年龄、性别及治疗前 VAS值的差异无统计学意义。两组病人治疗后在临床症状消失、卧床时间上存在明显差异 ,P<0 .0 5。结论　 SL照射胸腰椎压缩性骨折可明显缓解疼痛 ,解除临床症状 ,缩短卧床时间 ,减少并发症的发生 ,优于常规治疗法。同时又具有无侵袭性、安全性及可控性高的特点

Clinical utilization of SUPERLIZER in the treatment of compressive fractare

Objective To observe the result of irradiation with SL in treatment of spine compressive fracture Methods 57 patients were andomly divided into two groups:SL group and the control group.SL group was treated by irradiating the spinal nerve root and sympathetic ganglion in the area of the spine compression fracture The control group was given routine therapy.and the clinical results were evaluated.Results The value of VAS decreased significantly after treatment in two groups but the clinical symptoms reduction and taking the exercises earlier were significant better than the control group.Conclusions Irrediation with SL could ease the pain very well,take the exercise earlier and the complications of the fracture could be reduced It had advantages of safety,no in wasion
