摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠严重烫伤后IL-1对其骨骼肌葡萄糖分解代谢的影响。方法:利用背部30%与一侧后肢7%TBSAⅢ度烫伤大鼠模型,观察了伤后7d内血浆与比目鱼肌中的IL-1含量及肌肉中葡萄糖分解代谢的关键酶6-磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)和丙酮酸脱氢酶(PDH)活性的动态变化,结果:伤后血中与比目鱼肌中IL-1水平显著升高;比目鱼肌的PFK活性显著升高,PDH活性显著降低。外源性IL-1静脉注射正常大鼠。注射

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of IL-1 on glucose catabolism in the skeletal muscle aftersevere scalding in rats. Methods On the 7th d after 30% TBSAfull-thickness skin scalding on the back and 7% of the injury on one hind limb wereinflicted on rats, the content of IL-1 in the plasma and soleus muscle and the activitiesof phosphofructokinase (PFK) and pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) in the soleus muscle weredetermined. Results The content of IL-1 in the plasma and soleus musclewas significantly increased. The activity of PFK was markedly increased while that of PDHremarkably decreased. Conclusion IL-1 secreted from the macrophages inthe rats with severe scalding can enhance PFK activity and lower PDH activity. Therefore,IL-1 can promote glucose glycolysis and suppress glucose oxidation.
