| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良B-lynch缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法采用回顾性方法对15例剖宫产产后出血患者采用改良B-lynch缝合术治疗的病例进行分析。结果 15例产后出血的患者采用改良B-lynch缝合术后,产后出血均得到有效的控制,无一例子宫切除,有效率为100%。结论改良B-lynch缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血的一种简单、安全而有效的治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the improved B-Lynch suture technique for the control of postpartum hemorrhage after cesareansection.Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyse the therapeutic effect of the improved B-Lynch suture technique in 15 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Results Postpartum hemorrhage was controlled successfully in all the 15 cases by using improved B-Lynch suture technique without hysterectomy,and the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The improved B-Lynch suture technique is simple,safe, and effective for the control of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. |
