| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童孤独症患儿的临床特征。方法:对82例孤独症患儿临床资料进行分析。结果:在82例病例中,平均就诊年龄明显大于发病年龄,症状以语言障碍和社会交往障碍最为突出。结论:急需提高父母和基层医生对儿童孤独症的认识,以达到早期发现、早期诊断和康复的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of children with autism.Methods:The clinical date of 82 children with autism were analyzed.Results:Among the 82 children with autism,the average age of seeking for a doctor was elder than onset age,the prominent symptoms were speech retardation and social dysfunction.Conclusion:The recognition of parents and primary physicians to childhood autism should be improved to detect,diagnose and recover early. |
