黑斑蛙减数分裂前期Ⅰ的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:自从Golomb首先用扫描电镜研究人体染色体的立体构型以来,这方面的工作已经开展起来。赵寿元等曾报导过染色体的扫描电镜观察,但在国内至今尚未见到减数分裂的三维图象。减数分裂是行有性生殖的真核生物所特有的分裂类型。为了深入了解精子发生过程中染色体的行动规律及其表面微细结构立体的特征,特做此试验。黑斑蛙染色体核型2n=26,染色体大,较好辨别,在光镜和扫描电镜下不难看到。黑斑蛙来源丰富,是研究减数分裂的好材料。

Abstract:In order to obtain the morphological data about the three dimensional fine structures of the chromosome and chromosome behavior directly, the first prophase of the meiotic divisions of spermatocyte of Bana nigramaculatas was observed under scanning electron microscope,Fine structure, such as chromonemata chromomere, chromatid, and phenomena such as chromosome pairing chromosome condensation and chromosome configuration etc, were clearly visible.
