二甲基甲酰胺对肝脏钙稳态影响的实验研究

摘    要:采用二甲基甲酰胺短期染毒实验方法观察了它对肝脏钙稳态的影响。结果表明,二甲基甲酰胺可明显降低线粒体、微粒体对钙离子的转运能力,抑制Ca2+-ATPase活力,使胞浆中钙离子浓度升高。病理及超微结构观察示它可致肝细胞损伤甚至坏死,其损伤的主要部位在线粒体及内质网。

Abstract:In this paper short term Dimethylformamide administration was used to observed the influence of Dimethylformamide on rat liver calcium homeostasis.The result showed that Dimethylformamide could decrease the ability of Ca 2 transport by mitochondria and microsome,inhibited the ativity of liver Ca 2 ATPase and increared the activity of phosphorylase a.Pathological and ultrastructure observation showed that Dimethylformanide could cause rat liver cells parenchymatous degeneration and necrosis.Mitochondria and microsome were damaged seriously.
