| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑外伤患者的脑电图变化。方法：选择180例不同年龄，不同损伤程度的脑外伤患者的脑电图记录进行分析。结果：儿童脑外伤、脑部对冲伤及伤后有意识障碍者，脑电图异常率高。结论：定期的脑电图检查，可及时反映大脑皮层功能状态，提高临床的诊断率和治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To explore electroencephalogram (EEG) of patient with brain traum. Methods:The EEGs of 180 patients with brain trauma in differant age and degree were analysed. Results: The abnormal rate was high in childish brain trauma, brain contrecoup and patient with disturbance of consciousness after trauma. Conclusions : The periodical examinations of EEG could reflect functional condition of cerebral cortex and heighten clinical diagnostic rate and cure rate. |
