摘    要:目的:回顾性分析54例采用冷冻附睾精子行卵细胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)的胚胎发育以及妊娠结局.方法:54例冷冻保存的附睾精子解冻复苏,采用ICSI法受精,观察胚胎发育形态,经72 h体外培养后移植,将282例采用新鲜附睾精子的ICSI结局为对照组.结果:正常受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、妊娠率冻精组与新鲜组之间无显著差异(72.4%vs 74%,98.1%vs96.3%,51.7%vs 46.8%,42.6%vs 39.0%,P>0.05),两组均未出现新生儿畸形.冷冻附睾精子复苏率为65.9%.结论:冷冻附睾精子对胚胎发育以及妊娠结局无显著影响.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of ICSI(intracytoplasmic sperm injection)cycles with frozen sperm obtained by PESA(percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration)by retrospective study performed in 54 patients. Methods:Sperm from the 54 infertile males by PESA were frozen with conventional freezing method.
