| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生物溶菌酶配合特比萘芬治疗小儿鹅口疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组局部外用生物溶菌酶喷雾剂(商品名:新净界)并配以盐酸特比奈芬喷雾剂治疗,对照组单独局部外用盐酸特比奈芬喷雾剂治疗,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生物溶菌酶配合盐酸特比奈芬喷雾剂治疗小儿鹅口疮起效快,可缩短疗程,又不影响患儿容貌外观,家属易于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of biological lysozyme with terbinafine on thrush in infant.Methods:Eighty infant cases were divided randomly and equally to observing group and control group.The observing group were treated with biological lysozyme spray and hydrochloric acid terbinafine spray,the control group were treated with hydrochloric acid terbinafine spray only.Results:The total effective rate of the observing group(100%)was higher than that of the rcontrol group(95%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of biological lysozyme with terbinafine is better and the course of treatment is shorter than those of terbinafine only for the infant thrush. |
