糖尿病合并冠心病血脂异常的临床分析与护理干预

目的:分析糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床资料和护理干预措施。方法:选取我院2010年5月～2011年5月在心内科住院治疗的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者100例,并加健康自愿组作为对比,观察糖尿病合并冠心病血脂异常临床因素。结果:A组与B组比较,血TG、HDL-C、载脂蛋白A1(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间TC、LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与C组比较,血TG、HDL-C、ApoAI、ApoB差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),TC、LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组与C组比较TG、HDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TC、LDL-C、ApoAI、ApoB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:严格控制糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血脂水平有助于提高医疗服务质量和患者生活水平。

Clinical factors and nursing interventions of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease

Objective: To analyze clinical factors and nursing interventions of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital during May 2010 and May 2011 were selected and divided into group A and B,another 50 healthy volunteers were also enrolled as the comparison group(group C) at the same time to study the clinical factors of dyslipidemia of patients with diabetic and coronary heart disease.Results:There was significant difference in TG、HDL-C、ApoAI,ApoB between group A and B(P<0.05),but no significant difference in TC、LDL-C was found between group A and B.Similar results were observed between group A and C.Significant difference in TG、HDL-C was found between group B and C(P<0.05);but no significant difference in TC、LDL-C、ApoAI、ApoB was found between group B and C.Conclusion:Strictly control of lipid levels in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can help to improve the health care quality and patient’s living standards.
