金水宝胶囊对桥本氏甲状腺炎过氧化物酶抗体免疫调节的疗效观察

目的:探讨金水宝胶囊对桥本氏甲状腺炎患者过氧化物酶抗体升高的免疫调节作用。方法:47例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(21例),对照组仅予低碘饮食的生活方式干预,治疗组在此基础上联用金水宝胶囊,每天3次口服,采用化学发光法检查治疗前、后血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb),并与对照组比较。结果:治疗28周后,治疗组TPOAb、TGAb明显下降,与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组TPOAb、TGAb滴度无明显变化(P>0.05),两组甲状腺功能均无明显变化。结论:金水宝胶囊治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎,能明显降低TGAb、TPOAb滴度,改善自身免疫反应。

Immunity regulation of peroxidase antibodies in Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Effects observation of Jinshuibao capsule

Objective: To investigate the effects of Jinshuibao capsule for immunity regulation of peroxidase antibodies in Hashimoto′s thyroiditis.Methods: A total of 47 patients with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis were randomly divided into treatment group(26 cases) and control group(21 cases).The control group was only required to have low-iodine diet,and comply to lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group was also given oral Jinshuibao capsules,3 times per day.Chemiluminescence was used to detect the serum free three triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyrotropin(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(serum TGAb) of both groups before and after treatment for comparison.Results: After 28 weeks of treatment,the treatment group showed significant decrease in TPOAb,serum TGAb comparing with levels before treatment or comparing with levels of the control group(P both <0.01).Conclusions: Jinshuibao capsule can significantly reduce the serum TGAb TPOAb titer in patients with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis.
