米非司酮加利凡诺在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的应用

目的:研究米非司酮与利凡诺联合用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析我院自2009年10月～2011年10月间住院的瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产孕妇72例,随机分为对照组36例和观察组36例,对照组单用羊膜腔内注射利凡诺引产,观察组是口服米非司酮及羊膜腔注射利凡诺;以宫缩时间、胎儿娩出时间、产后出血量、胎盘胎膜残存率以及引产效果等作为观察指标。结果:观察组和对照组的宫缩时间、胎儿娩出时间产后出血量、胎盘胎膜残留量以及引产效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合非司酮与利凡诺用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床疗效优于单一应用利凡诺,联合应用值得临床推广。

Effect of mifepristone and rivano on induction of labor for patients with scar uterus

Objective: TO study the effect of mifepristone and rivano on induction of labor for patients with scar uterus.Methods:A total of 72 cases who had scar uterus and mid-trimester pregnancy,and were admitted from October 2009 to October 2011 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups: control group with 36 cases and observation group with 36 cases.Patients in control group had intra-amniotic injection of rivano,while patients in observation group had oral administration of mifepristone and intra-amniotic injection of rivano.Uterine contraction time,childbirth time,postpartum hemorrhage volume after delivery,residual amount of placenta and fetal membranes,and the effect of induced labor were observed and compared.Results:There were significant differences in uterine contraction time,postpartum hemorrhage volume after delivery,residual amount of placenta and fetal membranes,and the effect of induced labor between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Combination treatment of mifepristone and rivano is more effective than single treatment on induction of labor for patients with scar uterus.It is worthy clinical application.
